What is provided
Shorts, socks, shirts, team photos and a full-season program for everyone. Other items vary by age for the U3 - U7 divisions.
Days, nights and times
For the U3-U5 divisions, see the Registration information package. For U6 and U7, two sessions per week between Monday and Thursday and for U8 and above, one practice and one game are scheduled between Monday and Thursday. For the internal house league groups U8 – U12 there are generally two time slots per night (e.g. 6:30-7:30 and 7:30-8:30). Teams rotate throughout these two times (i.e., they don't have a fixed time). For U13 and older, there is time for only one game or practice per evening.
The season
Most divisions start about the second week of May and finish the first or second week of September. U19 have a season ending tournament two weekends before the Labour Day weekend.
U8 - U10 have a regular season with referees. No standings are kept and there will be medallions for all participants at a season ending tournament.
For U11 - U19, there is a regular season and a play-off round. Games have referees, and standings are kept. Trophies are provided for league and play-off winners and runners-up.

Long Term Player Development
Across Ontario the OSA is introducing the " Long Term Player Development" Plan. As stated by the OSA the goal "is to make the game more fun than ever before for the recreational player and to provide better development opportunities than ever before for those with aspirations for a future in the sport. LTPD is a key aspect of ensuring that will happen." For further information on the LTPD, please click on the logo.
